You must be legally permitted to use the Services. Where required, a parent or guardian must agree for younger users.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity through your account.

KiddoKick grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services lawfully.
5. User Conduct
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, automate unauthorized activity, interfere with gameplay, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, harass others, commit fraud, or misuse accounts or virtual items.
6. Virtual Items
Virtual currency, rewards, boosts, skins, lives and similar digital items are licensed, not sold, and generally have no cash value unless law requires otherwise.
7. Purchases & Refunds
Purchases through Google Play, Apple App Store, or another platform are also subject to that platform’s payment and refund policies.

Some Services rely on third-party platforms, stores, analytics, authentication, cloud or advertising providers and may be subject to their own terms.
9. Updates & Availability
We may update, rebalance, add, remove, or discontinue content, events, servers, features or Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

KiddoKick and its licensors own the Services and related software, artwork, characters, logos, trademarks, designs, text, audio and animations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiddoKick will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Services.
